Is This For You?

Your Mentor
I am a data career mentor, career advisor, and published author based in Australia. I started as a self-taught data analyst, attending the same beginner R session seven times before it finally clicked, while studying full-time and working on the side.
Since then, I have mentored 50+ professionals into data roles across Australia and beyond. I know exactly what it takes to break into data in the Australian market, and I built Analyst Path to give you the shortcut I did not have.

The Programme
Twelve weeks of live training and career coaching, one session a week. From week eight, fortnightly clinics start alongside the teaching, where we apply, practise interviews and fix what is not working. Those clinics carry on for three months after the teaching ends, to the close of your six months.
Most programmes stop teaching and call it support. This one keeps a standing appointment in your calendar for the full six months, and your mentor a message away until you have the job.
Two Phases · Six Months
Twelve weeks of live training and career coaching, fortnightly job search clinics from week eight to the end of the six months, direct mentor access until you land, plus one month of on-the-job DM support when you land.
Full Curriculum
One live session a week, one topic a week. The job search starts during the twelve weeks, not after them.

The Transformation
Student Results
Every result below is from someone who went through the programme on their data career.
I applied for a permanent full-time Queensland Government job, with a successful outcome. Before speaking to Banji I thought I had put together a good application, but felt it could still be better. The advice Banji offered was exactly what I needed to make my application go from good to stand out. I felt Banji was genuinely invested in helping me succeed, making the whole process an enjoyable one.
Watch a student's story
Working with Banji has been an absolute game-changer. With his guidance, I secured four interviews within the government sector, and three job offers outside of government. He personalised his guidance to suit my individual needs and that truly made all the difference.
I am excited to share that I landed a Senior Reporting Analyst role with the State Government. The sessions helped me approach the role with the right attitude, planning, and mindset. Learning from Banji's career journey was genuinely eye-opening.
Banji helped me realise I am not as far off as I thought, helping to grow my confidence so I can keep applying. The best part is his knowledge; he has a wealth of experience in what to do and what not to do.
I got the job and I have Banji to thank. He helped craft my CV and cover letter, then prepared me for the interview. After meeting with Banji I felt confident and well prepared. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
What makes Banji's services stand out is that he does not just help you fix your current application. He mentors you to develop a universal toolkit that is transferable to all future career goals.
Banji is one of the best mentors I have had in my life. The most valuable support I received was assistance with preparing a professional resume and cover letter, as well as strategies for connecting with recruiters and searching for job opportunities. His expertise, encouragement, and dedication have made a significant impact on my career development.
The support and practical guidance received was instrumental in landing my postgraduate 6-month internship with the United Nations and a permanent role with JP Morgan, UK. Would especially recommend to international students.
Thanks to Banji's guidance, I am now well-prepared and confident in my job hunt. He took the time to understand my situation and captured notes that became an invaluable resource long after our sessions concluded.
This service was fantastic! I felt empowered and my confidence was boosted prior to going for my interview. I felt supported and the session was practical and personalised to address my needs and provided strategies to ace my interview.
It has really improved and enhanced my interviewing skills and ability to give quality-based answers. I was really able to approach each interview with a renewed confidence in both my ability and personality.
I heard about Banji while searching through LinkedIn and decided to reach out. He was very helpful as I was looking for my first role in Australia. He gave me some interview tips which was useful and helped land the current role I'm in.
I have attended many interviews in my professional career. I am confident that I know how to prepare for an interview. However, after a consultation with Banji, I realised there were salient tips that I have always ignored and not aware of. Banji demystified lots of ideas for me. It was a loaded session which I left feeling more confident than ever. The interview turned out to be one of the best I have attended in my career. Thank you Banji.

Common Questions

No. The program starts from the basics and builds progressively. You need curiosity and commitment, not prior experience in data or coding.
Around 2 to 4 hours per week, including the weekly live session and practice time outside of class. This is an accelerator. Showing up consistently is what makes it work.
Yes, optionally. The standard Accelerator focuses on skills, portfolio, and job search. A real Australian internship with live data project work is available for selected students who want additional experience. It is not included in the standard programme.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. The Australian market is competitive and the final decision is never ours. What we do guarantee is that support does not stop at week twelve. The clinics run for the full six months, and your direct access to your mentor continues until you land. When you start the job, you get one month of on-the-job DM support.
Because of where you are going. Government, health, research and consulting analytics in Australia run on R. It is the language of the health departments, the biostatistics and epidemiology teams, the research institutes, much of the public service, and the consultancies that serve them. You will also learn SQL and Power BI, which those same employers use alongside it.
Yes. You can pay A$575 a month for six months, or A$3,000 upfront and save A$450. Both options include exactly the same programme.
The clinics wrap up at the six month mark, but you do not lose your mentor. Your DM access and the cohort community continue at no extra cost until you land, however long that takes.
Yes. You get direct DM access to your mentor from day one and it runs until you land, with answers within two business days. When you start the job, you get one month of on-the-job DM support.
Week eight, while the teaching is still running. They are fortnightly and run alongside the weekly sessions through the rest of the six months.
Places are capped and your seat is held from the moment you enrol, so fees are not refundable once your cohort begins. If you are unsure whether this is right for you, book a call before you enrol rather than after — we would rather turn someone away than take money from someone we cannot help. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Enrol anyway. We run cohorts in February, June and October, so the next start date is never far away. We will hold your place for the next available intake that works for you.
